At XOXOFUN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at xoxof5442@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at xoxof5442@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
